How long does jewelry repair take?

Most ring sizings, prong re-tips, chain soldering and polishing are finished the same day — often while you shop. Stone replacement and restorations usually take a few days. You'll get an exact timeline with your free estimate.

Is the work really done in your store?

Yes. Our jeweler works on-site at the Mall of Georgia, so your piece never gets shipped to a third party. That's why most repairs are same-day.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the metal, the design and the work involved, so we quote every piece individually — and estimates are always free. Bring it in or send a photo through the form.

Do you repair jewelry bought elsewhere?

Absolutely. Other jewelers, online retailers, inherited heirlooms — we repair pieces from anywhere.

Do you replace watch batteries?

Yes — most watch batteries are replaced in a few minutes while you wait. We also size bands and handle crystals, stems and crowns.

Do I need an appointment?

No. Walk-ins are welcome for estimates and most repairs. For a restoration or custom project you can book an appointment.
